1. Shipping Costs
The price is calculated based on the weight of the order. The cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process once your address is entered.
2. Shipping Areas
For now, we ship our products to France, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, USA and Australia. Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area and will be specified at checkout.
3. Shipping Times
All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after receiving payment.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method.
Orders are processed 2 to 3 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
4. Delivery Options
We offer two delivery options, including: Home Deliver and Pickup Point.
If the Pickup Point option is chosen, the Pickup Point will be selected by the client after the purchase of the product.
Consistently selecting the least expensive option to achieve the lowest overall cost.
5. Shipping Companies
Companies we ship with depending of the country of delivery: La Poste Lettre Verte, La Poste Delivengo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost and Happy Post.
6. Order Tracking
Each order will be accompanied by a tracking number allowing the customer to track the status of their delivery. The tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
