If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help! We offer free exchanges within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Exceptions to our Refund and Exchange Policy:
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must show no signs of damage.
2. Refund Policy:
- Refunds are not accepted beyond 45 days from the purchase date.
- Refunds may take 5 - 10 business days for funds to process.
3. International Returns (USA & Australia):
Rachel Polo Shop is not responsible for any customs duties or fees.
Returns or Exchanges after 14 Days:
- For returns or exchanges after 14 days from the purchase, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- You can return your product in exchange for store credit, a replacement of the item for another one of the same price or a refund.
