Shipping and delivery

1. Shipping Costs & Customs

The price is calculated based on the weight of the order. The cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process once your address is entered. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping charges.

2. Shipping Areas

For now, we ship our products to:

  • Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland)
  • United Kingdom
  • North America (Canada, Mexico, United States)
  • South America
  • Oceania (Australia, New Zealand)
  • Asia (China, Japan, South Korea)

Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area and will be specified at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving payment.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method.

4. Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options, including: Home Deliver and Pickup Point. 

Depending on the country of delivery, only home delivery will be available.

When the Pickup Point option is selected, the customer will designate their preferred Pickup Point after completing the purchase.

5. Shipping Companies and Estimated Delivery Times

Companies we ship with depending of the country of delivery: Delivengo La Poste, Colissimo and Chronopost.

Delivery times will be shown at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Each order will be accompanied by a tracking number allowing the customer to track the status of their delivery. The tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

7. Returns and Exchanges

8. Shipping Issues

If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.
